Celebrating volunteerism, the heart of a for-purpose coffee shop. Project profile for creative work with The Hub.
Objective
My first dip into creative work was as a Marketing & Outreach Intern. I collaborated with 70+ volunteers to lead the daily operations of The Hub, a mission-driven, volunteer-run coffee shop that supports 50+ local nonprofits & increases volunteerism in the community. Besides keeping the coffee shop going, I built a content drive for the website relaunch, recorded and presented analytics over 14 months, and designed collateral for outreach projects, donor acknowledgment, and special events. Looking back at the experience, my favorite moments were spent capturing photos – some of which you’ll find here.
